Program Design

Whether you are a professional athlete looking for the edge, or somebody who just wants to look and feel fantastic, I can design an individually tailored training program specifically designed to meet your needs. This could be a simple collection of half a dozen exercises and stretches designed to correct a certain postural fault, or it could be an entire seasons worth of training sessions, or a months training sessions designed to lose body fat.

The best to way to have a program made is to meet me in Cheltenham, where we can discuss your requirements and where I can assess your needs properly. This generally requires one seesion for a postural and movement assessment, plus one to two hours for any fitness and strength tests which may be required. A couple of sessions may also be required to take you through the training program, the sessions and the exercises.

If you cannot make it to Cheltenham, and are happy that you do not need a Posture and Movement assesssment, then you can simply purchase a stock program, or a testing kit which will let me devise a tailored program for you.

All the programs contain instructions and pictures for most of the exercises, to make sure you know exactly what you are doing.
