You are what you eat.

Before eating a certain food, ask yourself ‘Do I want to BE that?!?’, ‘Does that food represent how I want to look or feel?’. Think about what you eat. Is it going to make you look or feel the way you want? Will it bring you closer to your goal? Or will it make you feel miserable, run down and take you further from what you want?

This program is suitable for those wanting to spot reduce body fat from those stubborn problem areas (yes, it is possible!), athletes looking to improve muscle mass, performance and recovery, as well those who simply want to look and feel fantastic.

An imbalance between any of the hormones within the body can cause the body to store fat in certain places. To change the way the body stores fat, any hormonal imbalance must be corrected. This is achieved through the careful manipulation of the diet and specific targeted exercise. The manipulation of hormones within the body can also improve sports performance and recovery.

If you’re not sure what foods are right for you and which ones will just be making things harder for you, a dietary, nutritional, hormonal and lifestyle assessment can help you. This program consists of an initial assessment, a weeks food and drink diary pack to be completed by you, a review of the food and drink diary, and a final review of your progress after 6-8 weeks.

These assessments are also included in the Health and Wellbeing and the Sports Performance programs. An optional discussion or demonstration of suitable types of exercise can also be included.
