Get Strong
Strong does not mean big, and big doesn’t mean strong.
The strongest people on earth are Olympic weight lifters and power lifters, and they have to keep under a certain weight to stay within their category. You can
learn the basics of building muscle in Men’s health, and it is just the basics (and just so you know, those cover models can never maintain that level being ripped for more than a week or so at a time, it just doesnt work like that).
But training for strength is different; you need commitment, determination, and guts. It takes a special type of person to get under a squat bar with up to (or more than) twice their body weight on it.If you’ve been lifting weights for a while, (months and years, not weeks) and you want to step it up and join the elite, and train in a place that has national champion and world class lifters, get in touch.
