Get rid of back pain
Back and neck pain are the single most common symptoms of modern living. So many people struggle with back and neck pain but don’t do anything about it, but (usually) it is such a simple thing to treat. Most people spend most of their day sitting in front of the computer or driving, and this puts more stress on the spine and discs than standing. A simple program of massage and exercise (good old ‘core stability’!) is usually enough to correct back pain, and get you back to doing the things you love. It is possible to go from not doing any physical activity because of back pain to training for a half marathon in about 6 weeks, as one of my long standing clients will testify.
The human animal is built to move itself about and carry stuff, and today’s sedentary lifestyle means most people spend virtually their entire life sitting or lying down, unable to support themselves properly even when just standing. Just have a look at your work colleagues’ posture, and see how many have back pain, neck pain, frequent headaches and so on.
