After a thourough assessment of your needs, I will develop a suitable training program, including core stablity, flexibility, resistance and cardio-vascular training, which will fit in with your lifestyle and make sure you acheive your goals. You can then choose to follow the program on your own and return for next phase when you're ready, or choose to have regular sessions where i can monitor your progress more closely and keep you motivated.
