As well as one-to-one personal training, Chris can also work with small groups of up to four. If you are looking to get fit and healthy, tone up or lose weight, training in a small group is a great way to spread the cost and meet new people who are in the same position as you. The competitive spirit that ALWAYS emerges in a small group (even if you are not competitive) will make sure that you are always pushing yourself that little bit further. It doesn't matter if you already have a group of friends who all share the same goals and want to train together, or if you want to join a group yourself, training together is a great way of making sure you all get the best results possible.
