Build Muscle - Get Big

Everyone needs muscle. Most people need more than they have now. Fact.

If you want biceps the size of your head, pecs you could park a car between and quads that could crack a walnut, fine, no probs, get in touch. But we don't all have to look like big Arny himself to get the benefits of increased muscle mass.

More muscle will give you that 'defined' look everyone wants so badly, as long as you trim the body fat as well. But good news! Muscle needs more calories to stay alive than fat. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Even at rest. That means even when you're sitting down!

A small increase in muscle mass will also improve immune system function, so you get fewer colds and they will be less severe. You will be stronger, so everyday tasks are easier, and you will fatigue less quickly.And because you look more like the beach god or godess we were all born to be, you will feel better about yourself.

And if that wasn’t enough, it also improves sexual function and libido, due its positive effects on hormone balance. So you will be looking good, feeling better about yourself, and you wont have a runny nose, and you should be able to put in a better performance if you get lucky!
