About me

1Hi, I'm Chris Paget and I own and run Pursuit Health & Performance. I have been studying and improving human movement and performance for almost a decade. I currently provide personal training, sports massage therapy, sports conditioning, posture and movement correction services at Reach Fitness in Cheltenham.

I’ve been a passionate sportsman for nearly 20 years and would love to help you enjoy sport and exercise as much as I do. Through my years of experience in assessing and improving posture and core strength, preventing and rehabilitating injuries, and developing strength, speed and power for sport, as well helping people look and feel fantastic, I can help you achieve more than you ever thought possible!

Teaching

I am also a certified teacher, and and have previously taught Sports Massage at Gloucester College, as well as teach profesional development courses in the health and fitness industry, educating personal trainers, sports coaches, yoga and pilates instructors in a number of topics such as postural assessment, self myo-fascial release with foam rollers, Olympic weight lifting, core training, training with medicine and stability balls, to name just a few.

My qualifications include:

  • BSc(Hons) Sports Coaching
  • Certificate in Teaching (CTLLS)
  • Diploma in Personal Training
  • Diploma in Sports Massage
  • Certificate in Advanced Massage Therapy
  • Olympic Weightlifting Instructor
